Large whole fish smoked hard and curled the Oron way ("Akpan Ata" in Ibibio). Well dried for a long shelf life and strong smoky flavour — a favourite for afang, edikang ikong and native soups. Sizes vary with the catch; we sort bundles by size so every fish in a bundle is similar.
